Terms & Conditions for Tania Sweet Soul Services SRL

Welcome to Tania Sweet Soul Services SRL! By engaging in our mentorship services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By paying the agreed fee, entering your credit card information, or enrolling in our services in any form (electronically or otherwise), you (“Client”) enter into a legally binding agreement with Tania Sweet Soul Services SRL (“Company”), according to the following terms and conditions.

2. Company’s Services

Upon execution of this agreement, the Company agrees to provide services related to education, mentorship, consulting, one-on-one sessions, group programs, workshops, masterclasses, retreats, and other services (collectively referred to as “the Program”). These services are offered online or in person as agreed upon.

The Program is intended for coaching and educational purposes. The scope of services is strictly limited to those outlined in this agreement or on the Company’s website.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Compensation

The Client agrees to pay the Company the full amount agreed upon before the service, course, or program begins.

3.2 Payment Plans

If the Client opts for a payment plan, the following conditions apply:

  • Payments must be made on time as per the agreed schedule.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in the loss of access to the course, program, or service.
  • No refunds will be given for any portion already paid.
  • If a payment plan is canceled early by the Client, the full outstanding balance is due within 14 days of cancellation. Failure to pay may result in legal action to recover the balance, and administration fees may apply.

    This policy does not apply if the Company cancels the offer or discontinues the service. In such cases, the Client will receive a refund for any unused portion of the service.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. No refunds will be provided after the purchase of any mentorship program, session, or other service.

If you cancel your enrollment before the program or service begins, please contact us at hello@taniateodor.com to discuss potential options. Refunds will only be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances, at the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client understands that:

  • Personal development is an individual process. While our mentorship provides guidance, results depend on the Client’s commitment, effort, and personal circumstances.
  • The Client is responsible for their own well-being and progress. The mentorship provides tools and insights, but growth requires consistent effort and self-reflection.
  • Active participation is required to benefit from the services.

6. Confidentiality

We respect the privacy of all Clients and maintain strict confidentiality regarding information shared in mentorship sessions. However, please note:

  • Confidentiality may be legally overridden in cases of suspected harm to self or others.
  • We comply with GDPR regulations to protect your personal data.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided in the mentorship program—including but not limited to workbooks, meditations, activations, practices, audio & video materials—are the intellectual property of Tania Sweet Soul Services SRL.

  • These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
  • Unauthorized sharing of content may result in legal action.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Our spiritual mentorship services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. If you have mental or physical health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
  • The Company is not liable for any decisions or actions the Client takes based on our services.
  • No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, as personal growth is subjective.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on this page.
  • It is the Client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.

If any dispute arises, the Client agrees to first attempt to resolve it through direct communication with the Company. If resolution is not possible, the dispute will be handled in accordance with Romanian law and, if necessary, brought before Romanian courts.

Where applicable, EU regulations on consumer protection and data privacy (such as GDPR) may also apply.

11. Agreement & Acknowledgment

By enrolling in our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Electronic acceptance (such as checking a box, submitting a form, making a payment, or sending an email) constitutes a legally binding agreement.
