I’ve had the travel bug for as long as I can remember. Every family trip felt like an adventure, even those long drives across Europe, crossing borders between my home and family in Romania and my home and family in Italy. While other children might have dreaded the endless hours in the car (they were stretching my comfort zone at times I must admit) I loved the feeling of movement, the changing landscapes and the unspoken promise that something new awaited.
One day, when I was around six years old, I was flipping through a children’s encyclopedia when a photo of India caught my eye. I pointed to it and confidently told my family, “This is where I want to go.” At the time, I had no idea why I felt such a pull, but that moment planted a seed deep within me. My grandparents thought that it’s most probably a strong past life connection. Years later, I found myself in India on what became an initiation journey, standing in the land that had called to me as a child, as if some part of my soul already knew it was meant to be. It was!
As I traveled more, I started to experience something beyond sightseeing or cultural immersion. There were places where I felt an unexplainable familiarity, as though I was stepping into memories from another time. Walking through ancient temples, I felt a deep stirring within me, an inexplicable sense of knowing, as if my soul had already been there. In certain places, I experienced an immediate connection to the land, a recognition beyond the rational explanation. This is how I deepened my land regression abilities (more about that in another story). And in the most unexpected encounters, I met people who felt like old friends, as if our paths had crossed long before this lifetime. Travel became more than just movement – it became a sacred pilgrimage, a way to reconnect with fragments of myself scattered across time.
Along this path, I met mentors, soul family and teachers who profoundly shaped my journey. Every country I visited, every sacred site I explored and every challenge I faced brought me deeper into myself. Traveling was not just about discovering new places, but about peeling back the layers of who I thought I was and stepping into the unknown with trust. It taught me how to navigate my fears, to move through panic attacks and to find balance even when everything around me felt unfamiliar. It helped me overcome the grip of hypochondria and self imposed limitations, showing me that true freedom is not just physical – it is an inner state of being.
For me, travel and spirituality have always been deeply intertwined. Each journey is an initiation, a threshold to transformation, an invitation to surrender to the mysteries of life. With every step, I have learned that the world is filled with portals, waiting for us to remember.
In this blog, I will share my nomadic priestess stories – stories of sacred travel, mystical encounters, revelations, discoveries, soul awakenings and the deep spiritual lessons that unfold when we embrace the unknown. If you feel drawn to these journeys, I invite you to walk alongside me and explore the Magick that exists when we listen to the whispers of our soul and follow the call of the unknown.
